Ingredients
- 2 lb. squash
- 1 onion
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. pimento pepper
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm herbal dressing
Method
- Cook squash, onion and carrots until tender.
- Drain and mash. Add other ingredients and half of the dressing.
- Mix other dressing with 1/2 stick margarine.
- Put on top and bake until brown on top.
