Ingredients
- 1 can squash or 5 fresh cooked garden squash
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 can milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small bag Cheddar cheese
- Ritz crackers
Method
- Cook squash and onions until tender.
- Drain off excess water. Add everything else except Ritz crackers.
- Mix all together really good.
- Pour into buttered baking dish.
- Top with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes.
