Ingredients
- 2 small ripe avocados
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 leaves of wild garlic (or crushed garlic)
Method
- In a mini food prep blend the ingredients until really smooth and creamy. I recommend you invest in some ear defenders when using any high speed machines to save your hearing.
- Using a piper of your choice pipe the mix onto a plate and serve with dehydrated crackers.
