Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook spinach according to package.
- Drain well; set aside. Combine cream cheese & butter.
- Beat on medium with electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in spinach.
- Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350° for
- 20 minutes.

- 6 servings.
