Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Avacados
  • 1 diced Jalapeno Pepper, with seeds removed
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, diced
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves minced or crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt (can add more to taste if you prefer)
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground Cumin

Method

  • Add all items to food processor or blender and pulse until combined. You can add more salt to taste if you prefer.
  • Transfer to bowl and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top to prevent oxidation and refrigerate. Sever with your favorite Mexican dish or with chips and salsa! ENJOY!
