Ingredients
- 2 ripe Avacados
- 1 diced Jalapeno Pepper, with seeds removed
- 1 medium ripe tomato, diced
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cloves minced or crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt (can add more to taste if you prefer)
- 1/2 tablespoon ground Cumin
Method
- Add all items to food processor or blender and pulse until combined. You can add more salt to taste if you prefer.
- Transfer to bowl and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top to prevent oxidation and refrigerate. Sever with your favorite Mexican dish or with chips and salsa! ENJOY!
