Ingredients

  • 4 ounces uncooked vermicelli
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 12 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 34 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin bite-sized strips
  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 medium zucchini, cut into 2 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can baby corn, drained and rinsed

Method

  • Cook vermicelli to desired doneness as directed on package.
  • Drain; cover to keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well.
  • Set aside.
  • Spray large nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray.
  • Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Add beef and onion; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and onion is crisp-tender.
