Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water
- nuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Beat egg white and water until frothy with wire beater.
- Add nuts and mix.
- Add sugar, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
- Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and butter it.
- Spread nuts on sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour at 225°.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
