Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Wesson Oil
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 lg. can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 tsp. chili sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Heat oven to 350.° Heat oil, add onion, and green peppers, cook until tender. Add ground beef, tomato paste, mushrooms,
  • cream style corn, and chili sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 8 (oz.) pkg. of noodles, drain and give cold water bath. Add mixture to noodles. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 lb. cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
