- 1/2 C. Wesson Oil
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 chopped green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 lg. can mushrooms
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 tsp. chili sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat oven to 350.° Heat oil, add onion, and green peppers, cook until tender. Add ground beef, tomato paste, mushrooms,
- cream style corn, and chili sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 8 (oz.) pkg. of noodles, drain and give cold water bath. Add mixture to noodles. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 lb. cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
