Ingredients
- 60 g soy flour
- 3 g baking powder (optional)
- 60 g xylitol sugar substitute or 60 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 g sunflower oil
- sesame seeds
Method
- Beat eggs until it is fluffy. Put xylitol in and mix again.
- Shift soy flour and baking powder together, and mix with above.
- When everything incorporated, stir in sunflower oil and mix again.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in pound cake tin for 20min, 180°C.
