- 1 1/2 cups diced cantaloupe
- 1 1/2 cups diced honeydew
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 2 serrano chiles, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Method
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine lime juice and remaining ingredients; stir well with a wire whisk. Pour over melon mixture, and toss gently. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve with chicken or fish.
