Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lite Karo syrup
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Mix together sugar, butter and flour until fluffy.
- Blend in Karo syrup, then one egg at a time.
- Blend in salt, vanilla and pecans.
- Pour in a 9-inch deep dish pie crust.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350°, then 1 hour at 325°.
