Ingredients
- 3 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/8 c. milk, scalded
Method
- In 1 1/2-quart glass casserole, melt butter with High power for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Add corn, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, onion and milk.
- Mix well.
- Bake with High power for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir halfway through baking time.
