Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
- 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
Method
- Cook cake as directed in two 8-inch cake pans and cool completely.
- After cake cools, slice the layers.
- Then mix sour cream, coconut and sugar together good and spread between the 4 layers of cake.
