Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 2 c. whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Method

  • Thoroughly mix sugar, gelatin, salt, cream cheese, then add in lowfat milk.
  • Stir over medium heat till gelatin and sugar dissolves.
  • Don't over cook.
  • Refrigeratetill partially set.
  • Add in vanilla.
  • Mix in coconut, whipped cream, and nuts.
  • Pile into 1 1/2 qt mold.
  • Chill.
  • Serve with Crimson Sauce.
