- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
- 2 (32 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- Brown hamburger and bacon; drain.
- Add all other ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Stir well to mix.
- Cook for 5 to 6 hours on low.
- Serve hot.
