  • 3 whole Seasoned And Cooked Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Chopped Or Shredded
  • 3 whole Peeled And Sliced Carrots
  • 6 stalks Sliced Celery
  • 1 whole Diced Yellow Onion
  • 4 cloves Finely Minced Garlic
  • 96 ounces, weight Chicken Stock
  • 4 whole Lemons, Juiced
  • Kosher Salt And Fresh Cracked Pepper To Taste
  • 6 cups Cooked Long Grain Rice, To Serve
  • Fresh Chervil For Garnish

Method

  • Place the chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and chicken stock in a slow cooker. Put the lid on and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
  • Before serving, squeeze in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with cooked rice and fresh chervil.
