Ingredients
- 1.5lbs stewing beef cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cans low sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package lipton onion soup
Method
- rinse beef stew cubes and put in slow cooker
- add 2 cans of low sodium cream of mushroom soup
- add 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- mix together
- cook for 9 hrs
- Serve over rice
