Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- water as needed
- oil as needed
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Continue adding water until mixture resembles heavy cream.
- With a soup ladle, drop mix into hot oil (1/4-inch) to form small pancakes.
- Cook until edges are brown; flip.
- Repeat.
