Ingredients
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Coat a 6-inch skillet with nonstick vegetable spray and heat. Add all ingredients and cook 10 minutes over medium heat or until hot through.
- Serve.
