Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small zucchini or cucumber
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 pkg. sliced or shredded cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef, then drain.
- Slice small zucchini; lay over top of beef.
- Smash tomatoes over top of zucchini; cover with cheese.
- Simmer until cheese is melted completely, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
