Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- Lg. carton Cold Whip
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 sm. boxes butterscotch (or possibly chocolate) instant pudding mix
- 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- FIRST LAYER: Heat butter in 12 x 8 inch Pyrex dish, add in flour and 1/2 c. of pecans.
- Spread with fork, bake at 300 degrees for 15 min.
- Cold.
- SECOND LAYER: Blend together till smooth, cream cheese, 1 c. Cold Whip and sugar.
- Spread over first layer.
