Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • Lg. carton Cold Whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 sm. boxes butterscotch (or possibly chocolate) instant pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • FIRST LAYER: Heat butter in 12 x 8 inch Pyrex dish, add in flour and 1/2 c. of pecans.
  • Spread with fork, bake at 300 degrees for 15 min.
  • Cold.
  • SECOND LAYER: Blend together till smooth, cream cheese, 1 c. Cold Whip and sugar.
  • Spread over first layer.
