Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels
  • 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Vanilla Chocolate Melting Chocolate

Method

  • Heat up a large spaghetti pot (with a lid) and put 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and put in 1 kernel of popcorn. Once this kernel pops, half of of the kernels go in.
  • While the kernels are heating up, get a double boiler or melt the chocolate in the microwave, until it is smooth and creamy.
  • While the chocolate is melting, continue to shake the pot, keeping the kernels from burning. The kernels should start popping away. Once most of the popping has stopped, put the popcorn into a large bowl. Dump half of the white chocolate on the cooked popcorn. Stir and lay out on waxed paper to dry and harden.
  • Start again with the second half of the popcorn, adding more olive oil and the rest of the chocolate.
  • To make this even easier, feel free to use the bagged popcorn, just make sure to stay away from the butter kind. You want the popcorn in its natural state.
