Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast
- 3/4 c. Italian dressing
- hot cooked pasta
- grated Parmesan cheese (if desired)
- 16 oz. pkg. combination frozen vegetables (ie: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Method
- In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.
- Saute until chicken starts to brown.
- Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
- Cover.
- Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Serve over pasta.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serves 5.
