Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast
  • 3/4 c. Italian dressing
  • hot cooked pasta
  • grated Parmesan cheese (if desired)
  • 16 oz. pkg. combination frozen vegetables (ie: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Method

  • In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.
  • Saute until chicken starts to brown.
  • Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
  • Cover.
  • Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over pasta.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Serves 5.
