Ingredients
- 1 Bag Frozen & Cleaned Calamari
- 2 Limes
- White Vinegar
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Celery
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Defrost Calamari by rinsing frozen block in cold water.
- Cut rings, and half tenticals
- Cook in boiling water for 1 min.
- Strain out water and rinse calamari with cold water.
- cut celery (however much you like) into little peices.
- Add to bowl a big bowl.
- Add cooked calamari to bowl.
- Mix well.
- Squeeze two limes into bowl, and add 1 capful of white vinegar, and 2 capful Balsamic vinegar.
- Add a table spoon of olive oil, and half table spoon salt.
- Grind fresh pepper in (to your liking)
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving so flavor can develop.
