Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Frozen & Cleaned Calamari
  • 2 Limes
  • White Vinegar
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Celery
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  • Defrost Calamari by rinsing frozen block in cold water.
  • Cut rings, and half tenticals
  • Cook in boiling water for 1 min.
  • Strain out water and rinse calamari with cold water.
  • cut celery (however much you like) into little peices.
  • Add to bowl a big bowl.
  • Add cooked calamari to bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Squeeze two limes into bowl, and add 1 capful of white vinegar, and 2 capful Balsamic vinegar.
  • Add a table spoon of olive oil, and half table spoon salt.
  • Grind fresh pepper in (to your liking)
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving so flavor can develop.
