Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves fresh chopped
- 2 lbs shrimp raw, medium sized, shelled, deveined, with tails attached
Method
- Preheat oven to 450F/230C.
- Over mediume heat in a small, combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
- When the butter has melted completely, remove from heat.
- Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish.
- Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked.
