Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves fresh chopped
  • 2 lbs shrimp raw, medium sized, shelled, deveined, with tails attached

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450F/230C.
  • Over mediume heat in a small, combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
  • When the butter has melted completely, remove from heat.
  • Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked.
