- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. small shrimp, drained
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. minced green onions, fresh
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
Method
- Combine gelatin and water, let stand 5 minutes.
- Heat soup, add in gelatin and cream cheese just until melted, remove from heat and let cool.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and chill in serving dish for 3 hours or until firm.
- Serve with crackers.
