Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. small shrimp, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. minced green onions, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed

Method

  • Combine gelatin and water, let stand 5 minutes.
  • Heat soup, add in gelatin and cream cheese just until melted, remove from heat and let cool.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and chill in serving dish for 3 hours or until firm.
  • Serve with crackers.
