- 3/4 c. uncooked shell macaroni
- 3/4 lb. cooked, cleaned medium size fresh shrimp
- 1 c. chopped cauliflower
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. commercial low calorie French dressing
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
- 1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise substitute
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
- Drain.
- Combine macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss gently to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Serve cold.
- Serving amount is 3/4 cup with 83 calories.
