Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. uncooked shell macaroni
  • 3/4 lb. cooked, cleaned medium size fresh shrimp
  • 1 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. commercial low calorie French dressing
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  • Drain.
  • Combine macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss gently to mix.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  • Serve cold.
  • Serving amount is 3/4 cup with 83 calories.
