Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (light, fat-free or regular)
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. milk (to thin)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 tsp. onion juice, scraped from fresh onion
- 1 (7 oz.) can deveined shrimp
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Mix the first 5 ingredients with portable mixer until well blended and smooth.
- Rinse and drain canned shrimp; add to cream cheese mixture, chopping fine.
- Mix well.
- Add sour cream and mix.
- Dip is better if made a few hours before serving so flavors can mix.
