Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet Knox gelatine
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. mayo
- 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp, finely chopped
Method
- Mix soup and gelatine.
- Add water; heat until smooth and hot. Add cream cheese and blend well, then add celery, mayo, onion and shrimp.
- Spray mold with Pam; put mixture in mold and refrigerate 2 hours.
