Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of potato soup
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 soup cans milk
  • 2 c. frozen cleaned raw shrimp
  • 1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn (undrained)

Method

  • In saucepan, cook onions with garlic and pepper in butter until tender.
  • Blend in soup, cream cheese and milk; add shrimp and corn.
  • Bring to boil; reduce heat.
  • Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until done.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Makes about 7 cups.
