- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans Campbell's cream of potato soup
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 soup cans milk
- 2 c. frozen cleaned raw shrimp
- 1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn (undrained)
Method
- In saucepan, cook onions with garlic and pepper in butter until tender.
- Blend in soup, cream cheese and milk; add shrimp and corn.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat.
- Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until done.
- Stir occasionally.
- Makes about 7 cups.
