Ingredients
- 4 or 5 raw potatoes, shredded
- margarine
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Put enough margarine in skillet to cover bottom.
- Put shredded potatoes in skillet, cover and cook until brown.
- Put margarine on top of potatoes before turning until it melts.
- Turn potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
- After top is browned, remove from skillet and serve.
