Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken or possibly thighs & drumsticks
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grnd
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 6 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Aluminum foil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line shallow roasting pan with foil.
  • Wash chicken, pat dry, and remove loose skin.
  • Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk in wide mouth bowl.
  • In pie plate, mix flour, salt and dry ingredients, except garlic pwdr.
  • Dip chicken in egg mix, then dry mix.
  • Arrange in roasting pan.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic and drizzle over top.
  • Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till tender and done.
