Ingredients

  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes + 1 can water
  • 1 large onion, coarsely diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning (more if you want spicy)
  • 1/2 lb. fresh fish, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 lb. shelled shrimp

Method

  • Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat about 30 minutes.
  • If you want thicker stew, you may add a small can of tomato sauce to thicken it.
  • Add shrimp and fish; cook until shrimp are pink and fish is flaky.
  • Serve piping hot in soup mugs or over cooked rice.
