Ingredients
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes + 1 can water
- 1 large onion, coarsely diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning (more if you want spicy)
- 1/2 lb. fresh fish, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 lb. shelled shrimp
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat about 30 minutes.
- If you want thicker stew, you may add a small can of tomato sauce to thicken it.
- Add shrimp and fish; cook until shrimp are pink and fish is flaky.
- Serve piping hot in soup mugs or over cooked rice.
