Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. crab
- 6 oz. cooked fettucini
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Method
- Melt butter.
- Stir in flour.
- Gradually add half and half. Stir until thickened.
- Add Parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab.
- Heat 3 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Toss fettucini with sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
