Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cold unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. orange peel, grated
- 3/4 c. dried raisins, cranberries or other fruit
- 1 c. buttermilk, or half buttermilk/half orange juice
