Ingredients
- 4 to 5 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick with peel
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese or more (if desired)
- salt and pepper
Method
- Slice potatoes and arrange in 2-quart baking dish in layered rows. Sprinkle chopped onion, salt and pepper over potatoes.
- Pour soup over all and top with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
- Serves 6.
