Ingredients

  • 8 medium sized potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk

Method

  • Place alternate layers of potatoes, cheese, peppers and onions in
  • greased
  • baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
  • Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with milk.
  • Pour over potatoes;
  • cover.
  • Bake
  • for
  • 1 1/2 hours in a 350° oven. Remove cover and let brown slightly.
