Ingredients
- 8 medium sized potatoes, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Place alternate layers of potatoes, cheese, peppers and onions in
- greased
- baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
- Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with milk.
- Pour over potatoes;
- cover.
- Bake
- for
- 1 1/2 hours in a 350° oven. Remove cover and let brown slightly.
