Ingredients
- 1 pkg. rolled sausage
- 1 pkg. ready made pie crust (Pillsbury ready made in dairy section) or can make homemade pie crust
- 2 egg whites (for browning glaze)
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Cut pie crust into 3 x 3-inch squares. Use about a teaspoonful of sausage; put into pastry square and fold over and together.
- Use a fork to press the remaining 3 sides down.
- Put a slit in each one.
- Rub egg whites on top for browning glaze.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or when pastry is done.
- (Kids love to do this one.)
