Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. rolled sausage
  • 1 pkg. ready made pie crust (Pillsbury ready made in dairy section) or can make homemade pie crust
  • 2 egg whites (for browning glaze)

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Cut pie crust into 3 x 3-inch squares. Use about a teaspoonful of sausage; put into pastry square and fold over and together.
  • Use a fork to press the remaining 3 sides down.
  • Put a slit in each one.
  • Rub egg whites on top for browning glaze.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, or when pastry is done.
  • (Kids love to do this one.)
