Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1 can pimento or red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. grated carrot (2 large carrots)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight or 12 hours.
- Keep refrigerated, the longer the better.
