Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 3 oz. olive oil
- 4 oz. onions, diced
- 6 oz. sausage meat
- 3 oz. prosciutto, ground
- 1 lb. plum tomatoes
- 4 leaves sweet basil
- 4 hearts artichoke hearts
- 1 oz. Marsala wine
Method
- Saute garlic and onions, then add sausage meat and wine and simmer five minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook 20 minutes.
- Add all other items and simmer slowly for 5 minutes longer; serve on cooked pasta.
