Ingredients
- 100 grams Butter
- 90 grams White Sugar
- 1/3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 150 grams Flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt and brown butter, then cool.
- Mix sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Add butter to the mix and whip. Add flour and stir carefully.
- Shape the dough into mini quenelles with 2 teaspoons. Place on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake 15 minutes.
