Ingredients
- 2 qt. mixed salad greens
- 1 can corn soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cauliflowerets
Method
- Heat soup and milk to boiling; stir in vegetables.
- Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes, or until veggies are tender. Stir in cheese and heat through.
- Makes 6 servings.
