Ingredients
- Coriander seeds- 2tbsp
- Asafetida- 1 tsp
- Red chilies- 2
- Channa dhal- 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds- 2 tsps
- Turmeric 2tsp
Method
- Dry roast the all ingredients and set aside.
- Grind all the roasted ingredients together.
- Store in an airtight container.
