- 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large green pepper, sliced in thin strips
- 3/4 c. medium or hot salsa
- 1/2 c. nonfat Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Method
- Rinse and drain all beans.
- Combine beans, onion and pepper in large bowl.
- In small bowl combine salsa, Italian dressing, sugar and salt.
- Add to bean mixture.
- Chill for several hours.
- Stir in chopped tomato before serving.
