Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans salmon
- 2 eggs
- milk
- 3 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Flake and remove bones and skin from cans of salmon.
- In a bowl, mix along with salmon the liquid from the cans along with milk to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
- To this, add rest of the ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
- Spoon lightly into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
