Ingredients
- 1 lb. canned salmon
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Remove skin
- and
- bones from salmon.
- Place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form into a ball and refrigerate until ready to use.
