Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
Method
- Saute onions and celery in 1 tablespoon butter.
- Add ground beef and saute.
- Drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boiling.
- Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
