- Bell Pepper
- -red
- -orange
- -yellow
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 cane sugar
- 2 tblespoons cider vinegar
Method
- Grill peppers over high heat turning often. Once peppers are cool rince them under water.
- Dice peppers and mix with the sugar and vinegar and scallion. Serve ontop of chicken, pork or crackers or on sandwich
