Ingredients
- 1 whole Cauliflower
- 20 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

- Preheat over to 450.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
- Peel the garlic. I know the recipe calls for 20 cloves, but this can easily be doubled, if you love garlic like I do!
