Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cauliflower
  • 20 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Preheat over to 450.
  • Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
  • Peel the garlic. I know the recipe calls for 20 cloves, but this can easily be doubled, if you love garlic like I do!

  • Roast in a shallow roasting pan for about 45 minutes, be sure to give your veggies a stir every once in a while.
