Ingredients
- 1 venison roast any cut
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 onion small
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon celery powder
- 1 Orange or grapefruit
- lemon fresh-squeezed is preferred
Method
- Optionally, you may sear the roast in a little bacon grease or butter to help seal flavor prior to cooking!!!
- Combine all, let sit covered in fridge at least several hours, overnight is recommended.
- Place everything in roasting pan, add water till roast is half covered.
- Cook at 325 degrees until tender and done to your liking.
