Ingredients

  • 1 venison roast any cut
  • 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon celery powder
  • 1 Orange or grapefruit
  • lemon fresh-squeezed is preferred

Method

  • Optionally, you may sear the roast in a little bacon grease or butter to help seal flavor prior to cooking!!!
  • Combine all, let sit covered in fridge at least several hours, overnight is recommended.
  • Place everything in roasting pan, add water till roast is half covered.
  • Cook at 325 degrees until tender and done to your liking.
